Full Circle Care. Full Circle Care is our over riding
commitment to you. Every DeWildt employee, in every
department, will take the extra time to make you feel
cared for. How?
- Your DeWildt Sales representative will
contact you within 30 days of the purchase of your
New or Pre-Owned vehicle to answer any questions and
address any concerns.
- Approximately 6 months after the delivery
of your New or Pre-Owned vehicle we will send to you,
for your valued input, a multiple choice, 5-question
survey. An easy way for you to tell us how we’re
doing and how your vehicle is performing.
- To mark the first anniversary of your
DeWildt purchase, we will invite you to visit our
detailing department for a free ‘anniversary’
cleaning. Enjoy a free cup of coffee while you wait.
- As a service reminder, we will contact
you approximately 45 days after delivery to remind
you of pending service requirements and book it for
you, if you have not already done so.
- Every DeWildt service customer will
receive DeWildt Complimentary Care, every time your
vehicle is serviced by our Technicians, regularly
scheduled maintenance or not.
